The Basic Package – $450
- Coordination for one event (i.e., Wedding Ceremony OR Reception)
- 2-3 Event Managers on site
- One meeting prior to the date of the event
- Unlimited phone calls and emails between bride/groom and The Ultimate Affair Team
- Guidance and assistance with itinerary building
- Maintaining the timeline for the scheduled events
- Assistance with setup for minor details (i.e., program cards, table seating cards, favors and etc.)
- Managing items needed for the rituals and/or events
- Vendor commitments management & distribution of payments (once contractual obligations are fulfilled)
- Guiding guests, family and bridal party to designated locations according to the itinerary
